An infinity band is a simple way to add variety and a challenge to your workouts!

Try these 8 moves for 30 seconds each. Repeat for a total of 2-3 sets and let your core BURN!

  • Mountain Climber
  • Lateral Bear Walk (see front & side view)
  • Diagonal Bear Walk
  • Plank with Lateral Hand Walk
  • Lying Leg Raise (Extra Challenge: Add a Crunch)
  • Bent Knee Leg Raise (Extra Challenge: Add a Crunch)
  • Bent Knee Leg Raise (with Band Pull Overhead)
