Full Body FLEXIBILITY ROUTINE

Sometimes, stretching just makes you feel happy as a baby (lol! :) ). This Full Body Flexibility Routine offers a total body stretch that you can do anywhere, anytime. I recommend holding each stretch for 30-60 seconds and repeating all stretches twice. You can do this whole routine after a workout or on a rest day - just be sure you ease your way into your stretches (especially if your body isn't warmed up).
